As a dynamic corporate PR spokesperson, diversity training specialist and community activist, Dunlap is skilled at identifying and developing strategic alliances and corporate partnerships and proficient in creating projects and campaigns that target specific demographics and integrates measurable outcomes. Her high profile post as Miss America 2004 has made her a media savvy expert, able to flawlessly execute an interview, facilitate press conferences, promote media relations, distribute information via all social media platforms, and routinely update website content. She is also extremely adept at disseminating information to stakeholders, campaign partners and diverse populations , including Latin and Caribbean communities. As a proficient multi tasking management professional, he possesses keen experience in contract compliance, budget creation and oversight, scheduling, staff supervision, crisis communications, special projects. Howard’s proactive management style allows him to anticipate challenges, avert costly delays and motivate staff. He establishes effective quality control measures that reduce waste and increase productivity. His primary focus is to streamline costs by monitoring productivity and cost data and analysis, developing community engagement and volunteer workforce. He fosters engaging customer service initiatives and website development and content coordination that are relevant to the community; and is also highly skilled at identifying stakeholders, building community and business partnerships, public speaking and writing.

Reginald Parks -is a multi talented graphic design and webmaster guru. He has combined his passion for visual design with his computer tech savvy web skills to become the Owner and Lead Designer of Reality Marketing Group, LLC. Reginald hails from Raleigh, NC. and earned an MBA. He has partnered with Crown Communications Group, LLC on several projects to extend his expertise in web development using CMS and HTML programming, social media integration, website traffic monitoring and reporting, revising and updating content on all web platforms. Parks creates visual collateral for audio/video presentations, charts, graphs and maps that are bold, concise and captivating. Additionally, he has a keen eye behind the camera and Reality Marketing Group is a one stop shop for video production and still photography; using HD professional grade production equipment.
